As the seasons change, it’s time for a fresh perspective.
I remember many years ago, when our daughter was an infant, we took her outside. She looked around with what appeared to be delight on her face. She turned her head in different ways with intensity, gasps, and squeals of what appeared to be glee. Her entire body was mesmerized. I realized it was the first time she truly noticed the outside world. Not only had she noticed the world, but she was also delighted by the fresh air, trees, leaves, and birds and was soaking it all in.
As we leave summer and the unending insanity of the past 2.5 years, it is clearly time for a fresh perspective on everything we do.
