With an extensive background in human resources spanning over 15 years, Erin-Leigh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.
Erin-Leigh has worked with companies of various sizes across multiple industries, including professional services, manufacturing, and health and wellness. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong passion for creating effective processes and procedures while fostering a positive employee culture.
Prior to joining The HR Team, Erin-Leigh served as the Director of Human Resources for Elevation Health, where she successfully managed the HR department single-handedly for six years. During her tenure, she prioritized building and maintaining a harmonious balance between compliance and culture within the organization. Her previous experience includes roles in HR and Learning and Development at prominent companies such as T. Rowe Price, Clifton Gunderson, Active Mineral, and Pivot Physical Therapy.
Beyond her professional achievements, Erin-Leigh has also contributed to her community through her love for dance and movement. She has taught ballet, yoga, and pilates for the YMCA of Central Maryland and a family-owned studio in Frederick, MD.
Erin-Leigh is an esteemed member of the Chesapeake Human Resources Association (CHRA) and the Society of Human Resources (SHRM). She holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI and a Society of Human Resources-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM. Additionally, Erin-Leigh earned her BA in Psychology from Hood College and her MA in Professional Counseling from Argosy University.
